Verify your registered RakshaByte phone number by SMS to submit a deletion request for admin review. You do not need an existing website sign-in.
The shared deletion service is designed to remove your linked sign-in identities, account record, phone and purchase mappings, and your membership in spam-report records. Reports from other users remain. Submitting a verified website request does not delete or lock your account. An authorized administrator reviews the request and starts the AWS deletion job. Account access is disabled when processing begins.
Deletion runs as a background job and retries if a provider is temporarily unavailable. A completion deadline has not yet been published. Operational logs, backups, OTP abuse-prevention records and information already processed by external providers follow their respective retention settings. After deletion is processed, finish account-deletion cleanup in the Android app or clear its app storage to remove local RakshaByte data. Files selected from outside RakshaByte storage are not deleted. Cancel subscriptions separately in Google Play; account deletion does not cancel billing.
